ABOUT US
Darell comes from the physical side of Real Estate. He started in construction while still in high school helping his father in the family residential new construction and development business. He has performed and managed every aspect of construction from site prep to obtaining the certificate of occupancy. After graduation a higher calling led Darell to enlist in the US Navy, where he spent 5 years performing avionics troubleshooting and repair on fighter jets. After his honorable discharge, his work ethic and technical acumen led him into the Oil and Gas Industry, where he quickly climbed the ranks from employee to owner of Tru Drilling Services, a drilling consulting company. His time in oil and gas reignited his passion for Real Estate and he began investing in it in 2014. Fast forward to now, and Darell has completed multiple flips, new construction projects, residential development deals, and is an equity partner in a $100M+ portfolio of 2250 apartment and manufactured housing units across Texas, Oklahoma, Florida, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, and North Carolina. His primary real estate investment focus spans across multifamily affordable housing, manufactured home and RV resorts, mineral rights and working interests, and vacant land. When not pursuing real estate deals, Darell enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids in the roping arena, or at a golf course close to his home in Stephenville, Texas.
